Ross Glick is the co-founder and CEO of iNDELIBLE, a global digital advertising agency with headquarters in New York City. Since the company's 1999 inception, Glick has successfully navigated the company through the post dot com era, helping it become known first as the web content company of choice for some of the most prestigious fashion and beauty brands in the world. Glick brings a signature enthusiasm to clients looking for the latest capabilities and opportunities in digital advertising. With his guidance, iNDELIBLE's fusion of entertainment and web commerce may be seen in high-profile online advertising projects for many blue-chip international brands.

A veteran of the media industry and an entrepreneur at heart, Glick is a respected public speaker on topics related to digital advertising such as social commerce, narrative marketing and social media activation.

Dimitri Falk | Chief Creative Officer

In 1999, Dimitri co-founded iNDELIBLE with a vision of fusing design, strategy, technology and film/video. His expertise includes digital content development, web strategy, branding, and design. Dimitri began his professional career by directing the award-winning documentary, Midnight in Cuba, which made its international premiere at the 1998 Berlin Film Festival. In 1999, he went on to direct and produce countless commercial projects for some of the world's leading brands such as Kahlua, AOL, Sony Electronics, Clairol, Cartier, MAC Cosmetics and many more.

In 2010, Falk conceptualized and created 'Unintended Consequences' - a pop-up digital art spectacle that took place in Manhattan's NoLita neighborhood. Falk branched out of the usual realm of an advertising shop to create the event while taking many of the industry's principles in digital marketing and interactivity and transforming them into art.

As Chief Creative Officer at iNDELIBLE, Dimitri ensures creative and production excellence company-wide.
